RESUMO
As estrias afetam homens e mulheres, sendo mais prevalente no sexo feminino e tornam-se questão de desagrado e incomodo por quem as apresenta. A microcorrente galvânica tem se mostrado eficaz no tratamento das estrias, porém ainda não existe consenso quanto aos melhores parâmetros a serem utilizados. Desta maneira, o objetivo deste trabalho é verificar qual o parâmetro de intensidade apresenta melhor resultado ao final da técnica. Este é um estudo do tipo quase experimental, com amostra de 20 mulheres nulíparas que possuíam estrias albas na região glútea, com uso do dispositivo striat ® como forma de intervenção. As mulheres foram separadas em dois grupos de 10 participantes, o primeiro grupo recebeu uma corrente de 100 µA e o segundo grupo recebeu a corrente de 200 µA. Foram usados como meio para coleta de dados o registro por imagens das estrias, ficha estruturada, avaliação da estria e a escala de percepção global de mudança. Foi visto que 79% dos especialistas na área de Dermatofuncional relataram melhora maior e deram pontuações mais altas no grupo que recebia a corrente de 100 µA, contrapondo a opinião subjetiva das pacientes, onde 75% relataram maior melhora do grupo que recebeu a corrente de 200 µA, contudo não houve diferença significativa entre os dois grupos (0,94). Portanto a microcorrente galvânica se mostrou eficaz para a melhora das estrias e a amperagem entre a corrente com a intensidade de 100 a 200 µA traz benefícios na eficiência do tratamento, ficando a critério do terapeuta escolher o que considerar mais adequado conforme a sensibilidade do paciente.

ABSTRACT Stretch marks affect both men and women, being more prevalent in females and become a matter of displeasure and discomfort for those who present them. The galvanic microcurrent has been shown to be effective in the treatment of stretch marks, but there is still no consensus on the best parameters to be used. Thus, the objective of this work is to verify which intensity parameter presents the best result at the end of the technique. This is a quasi-experimental study, with a sample of 20 nulliparous women who had stretch marks in the gluteal region, using the striat ® device as a form of intervention. The women were separated into two groups of 10 participants, the first group received a current of 100 µA and the second group received a current of 200 µA. Photogrammetry, structured form, stria evaluation and the global change perception scale were used as a means of data collection. It was seen that 79% of specialists in the Dermatofunctional area reported greater improvement and gave higher scores in the group receiving the 100 µA current, contrasting the subjective opinion of the patients, where 75% reported greater improvement in the group receiving the 200 µA current µA, however there was no significant difference between the two groups (0.94). Therefore, the galvanic microcurrent proved to be effective for the improvement of stretch marks and the amperage between the current with the intensity of 100 to 200 µA brings benefits in the efficiency of the treatment, leaving it to the therapist to choose what he considers most appropriate according to the patient’s sensitivity. .
