VERIFICAÇÃO DA EFICÁCIA DA RADIOFREQUÊNCIA EM MULHERES COM FIBRO EDEMA GELOIDE EM REGIÃO DE GLÚTEO

O Fibro edema gelóide (FEG) popularmente conhecido como “celulite” é uma alteração topográfica da pele causada por diversos fatores, conferindo a pele um aspecto de casca de laranja.

Verification of radiofrequency effectiveness in women with cellulite in gluteus region

RESUMO

O Fibro edema gelóide (FEG) popularmente conhecido como “celulite” é uma alteração topográfica da pele causada por diversos fatores, conferindo a pele um aspecto de casca de laranja. Essa alteração acomete milhares de mulheres no mundo, dividindo-se em três graus, brando, moderado e grave. Foram avaliadas dez pacientes do sexo feminino com FEG de segundo e terceiro grau na região de glúteo. A avaliação foi realizada por meio da anamnese, cirtometria da região de flancos, quadril e culotes. A inspeção e o teste de casca de laranja foram aplicados para graduar a FEG e fotografias da região de glúteo nos planos lateral direito e esquerdo e posterior, para averiguar a eficácia do tratamento.  As mulheres foram submetidas a dez sessões com o aparelho de radiofrequência Spectra G1 (TONEDERM), com no mínimo 24 horas de intervalo. Após 10 sessões verificou-se a diminuição no grau do FEG e melhora do aspecto da pele na região de glútea.

ABSTRACT

The cellulite is a topographic alteration of the skin caused by several factors, giving the skin an appearance of orange peel. This change affects thousands of women in the world, dividing into three degrees, mild, moderate and severe. Ten female patients with second and third degree cellulitis   in the gluteus region were evaluated. The evaluation was performed by means of anamnesis, measurement of the circumference of the flank, hip and lateral buttock region. the inspection and the orange peel were applied to measure the degree of cellulite and photographs of the right and left lateral of right and left region of the gluteus and posterior region. To ascertain the effectiveness of the treatment. The women underwent ten sessions with the Spectra (TONEDERM) radiofrequency device, with at least a 24-hour interval. After 10 sessions the decrease in the degree of cellulite and improvement of the aspect of the skin in the gluteal region.
