A pelve tem influência sobre os pés, assim como os pés influenciam a pelve. As alterações posturais ascendentes podem ser causadas por disfunções nos pés, como também por lesões na pelve, principalmente na articulação sacroilíaca, podendo ocasionar alterações de distribuição de pressão plantar e do equilíbrio corporal. Esta pesquisa tem como objetivo correlacionar as disfunções sacroilíacas em cadeia ascendente e as variáveis baropodométricas pós-manipulação osteopática. O estudo apresentou uma amostra de sete indivíduos do sexo feminino de 19 á 59 anos com cadeia ascendente acometida. As participantes realizaram o exame de baropodometria onde foram avaliadas as variáveis: centro de massa do pé, área de comprimento de linha do centro de gravidade, localização do centro de gravidade e pico de pressão plantar. Foi feita a avaliação fisioterapêutica da cadeia lesional ascendente, e os testes: Gillet, Posicionamento das Disfunções do Ilíaco, Teste de Flexão Sentado (TFS), cinesiofuncional das articulações talo crural e subtalar, Ângulo Poplíteo e discrepância de membros inferiores (DMI). Foi então realizada a manobra osteopática Lumbar Roll e as correções das hipomobilidades nas articulações talo crural e subtalar. Após sete dias foi realizada a segunda baropodometria e os dados foram comparados. Nos resultados, todas as variáveis baropodométricas alteraram pós-manipulação; obteve-se correlação do TFS PRÉ com DMI, Centro de Gravidade com Centro de Massa do Pé PRÉ, e na pós-manipulação DMI com TFS PÓS, com uma significância entre o TFS e a DMI. Concluindo, funcionalmente houveram mudanças positivas, porém sugere-se que o período para a reavaliação seja mais longo.

The pelvis has an influence on the feet, and the feet influence the pelvis. The ascending postural changes can be caused by dysfunction in the feet, as well as injuries in the pelvis, particularly in the sacroiliac joint, which may cause changes in plantar pressure distribution and body balance. This research aims to correlate the sacroiliac dysfunction in ascending chain and baropodometric variables after the osteopathic manipulation. The study had a sample of seven females of 19 to 59 years old with affected ascending chain. The participants performed the baropodometry exam and the variables were evaluated: foot center of mass, line length area of the center of gravity, location of the center of gravity and peak plantar pressure. It was made up of physical therapy assessment lesional chain, and the tests: Gillet, Positioning disorders of the Iliac, Flex Sitting Test (FST), kinesiofunctional of stem crural and subtalar joints, popliteal angle and discrepancy of lower limbs (LLD). Was then performed the maneuver osteopathic Lumbar Roll and corrections of hipomobility the stalk crural and subtalar joints. After seven days was performed the second baropodometry and the data were compared. In the results, all the baropodometric variables were altered after the osteopathic manipulation; was obtained correlation FST PRE with LLD, Center of Gravity with Foot Mass Center PRE, and post-manipulation LLD with FST POST, with a significant difference between FST and LLD. In conclusion, there were functionally positive changes, but it is suggested that the time for reevaluation be longer.
